As a fourth-generation family business, we are particularly concerned with preserving the unique character of the hotel. To maintain the old walls, the soul, and the style of the hotel for future generations, all renovations are carried out carefully.
Not only the house itself needs care and protection, but also the nature and landscape.
Growing up in South Tyrol between mountains and valleys, with the different ecosystems, has influenced us in that we are aware of the vulnerable beauty of this rich natural heritage and additionally, the issue of environmental protection is particularly important to us.
Sustainability is not just a nice word, but a fundamental idea that is implemented in every process of the hotel. We ourselves try to live sustainably and want to enable our guests to travel with the smallest possible ecological footprint. The well-being of our guests is our priority and in selecting our products we pay particular attention to their regionality and quality.
